What do you sell?
Handcrafted clay letters you customise online, plus art prints available as digital downloads and, where offered, physical prints shipped in protective tubes.
How do custom clay letters work?
On the Clay Letters page, add each letter, pick a colour, and include spaces where you want them. Spaces are free; you pay per letter (currently R90 each). Add your set to the cart, review it, then checkout. Letters are made by hand to your order.
Can I change my letters after adding them to the cart?
Yes. Open your cart and use Edit on a letter set to return to the builder, then update the cart before you pay.
How do I hang my clay letters?
To hang the letters use double sided Command Velcro Strips.
How do I buy prints?
Browse Prints, choose digital or physical (when available), select a size if required, and add to cart. Digital files are delivered by email after payment. Physical prints are packed for courier delivery within South Africa.
How do I pay?
Checkout is in South African Rand (ZAR) through Paystack (card and other methods shown at checkout). Your order is created when payment succeeds. Keep your order confirmation email for reference.
Do you offer discount codes?
When we run a promotion, enter the code at checkout. Codes apply to eligible product subtotals only, may have expiry dates and usage limits, and cannot usually be combined with other offers.
How long until my order ships?
Clay letters typically ship within 2 - 3 weeks after payment. Physical prints usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. Digital downloads are emailed within 48 hours. See Shipping for full detail.
Can I return something?
Custom letter orders cannot be returned for change of mind once production starts. We will help with defects, damage, or our errors as described on our Returns page.
I did not receive my digital download
Check spam and promotions folders first. If it has been more than 48 hours since payment, email hello@thelittlebrightstore.co.za with your order number.
