Where we deliver

Physical orders are shipped within South Africa only. Digital art prints are delivered by email and do not require a courier.

How shipping is calculated

At checkout, we quote door-to-door delivery with The Courier Guy based on your delivery address and the items in your cart (clay letters, physical prints, or both). The shipping line shown before you pay is the delivery charge for that order.

Before we dispatch

• Custom clay letters are made to order by hand. We aim to dispatch within 7 to 14 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on order size and current workload.
• Physical prints are prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless a product page states otherwise.

We email you when your order has been handed to the courier. Transit time after dispatch depends on your area and is usually a few business days.

Digital products

After payment is confirmed, digital orders are fulfilled by email with a secure download link. Allow up to 48 hours and check your spam folder if you do not see our message.

Your delivery details

You are responsible for a complete, correct street address and contact phone number. Extra costs from failed delivery, re-delivery, or parcels returned to us because of incorrect details may be charged to you or deducted from any refund we approve.

When you receive your parcel

Ownership of physical goods passes to you when the courier records the parcel as delivered to your address or to someone you authorise to receive it.

If a parcel arrives damaged or clearly tampered with, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Returns page for how we handle qualifying claims.
