Overview

Many of our products are made or personalised for you. That limits change-of-mind returns, but we want you to receive goods that match what you ordered and are in good condition.

Custom clay letters

Each order is made to your chosen letters, colours, and layout. We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once payment is confirmed and production has started.

Before you pay, review spelling, colours, and spacing in the letter builder. You can use Edit in your cart to change a set before checkout.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for physical goods, or within 48 hours of receiving a digital download email if the file is faulty or not what you purchased.

Email us at hello@thelittlebrightstore.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Clear photos for physical goods

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or our mistake, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. We may ask you to return items or provide additional photos.

Digital downloads

Digital products are non-refundable once a valid download link has been sent, except where the file is faulty or not as described on the product page. Download links are for your personal use only; please do not share or redistribute files.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit. Shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind cancellations where delivery already applies.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you may have under applicable South African law when goods are defective or not as agreed.
